Happy Back to the Future Day!!

First of all, you should have spent this day listening to the Greatest Hits: Huey Lewis And The News album. While only two songs from this album were even in the movie ("The Power of Love" and "Back in Time"), it will still make you feel all kinds of nostalgic. I promise.

Have you verified what predictions in the Back to the Future II film have actually happened? Because that should be a first priority...it will really give you something to talk about, even if you don't know what's going on.

I knooooow you've grazed through the Twitter posts #backtothefutureday...and probably even #backtothefuture if you're really dedicated.

Did you oogle these graphics?

You might also want to be versing your co-works/classmates in some Back to the Future quizzes. We have only taken one, but I got 5/10 and my fellow-BTTF-fan, Adam, got 10/10. Sooooo...I suck.

Did you ever go on the Back to the Future ride at Universal Studios when you were younger? Well, now it's been closed for eight years, obviously, so you've missed your chance. ALMOST. Instead, take the VIRTUAL RIDE in preparation for your re-watch plans tonight.

Have you been excited and then infuriated about Pepsi Perfect yet? It's quite the emotional roller coaster. I almost changed my whole stance on Coke vs. Pepsi...almost.

Of course you've been on Buzzfeed, to simply your internet intake.

If you're less excited about the hype and more interested in learning from some of the most innovative scientists and technologists across the country, then check out the White House website. You can also submit your ideas on where you think we'll be in 30 years (that's 2045, people).

The best thing you can do today is give $30 (in honor of 30 years of BTTF) to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research. A future without Parkinson's...

And, I hope you've gotten to say all the best Back to the Future quotes over and over again today (and don't forget the printable 1 2 3 to go with it)!

I hope you've made fun plans to watch any of the movies tonight! If you're in the Columbia area, you should take advantage of the FREE showing at The Blue Note at 8:30 p.m. tonight. Should be all kinds of fun (and FREE) and future.

Bye now.
